Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Charlotte Farr Illustrations. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are more than happy to process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt as long as it is used and in its original packaging. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please email hello@charlottefarrillustrations.co.uk stating the reason for your return along with your order reference number and we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note returned postage is the responsibility of the customers unless the item is damaged. We advise that you use a trackable shipping service when returning any unwanted items to ensure they arrive to us safely as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
